How to Use
This free workbook goes with The 13 Hidden Patterns That Quietly Control Your Life. Use it as a place to pause, notice a pattern, and try one different choice. You can start anywhere.
Choose a chapter
Open the Table of Contents and select any of the thirteen patterns. The first seven explore familiar behavior patterns; the next six explore fears. Read the “From the Guide” section at the top of the chapter. It includes the original explanation, awareness question, and action step, so you can read and practice here.
Choose one moment
Each chapter offers three everyday ways the pattern might appear. Pick the one that feels relevant today. These are mirrors for reflection, not labels or a test.
Notice, then try
Answer the awareness question in your own words. Read the suggested small practice and try it when it fits your circumstances. You can move through the pages without writing if you prefer.
Look back later
Return to the same chapter and moment for the check-in. Record what happened, including if you only noticed the pattern. You can revisit an answer and change it.
Your reflections stay on this device. They are saved in this browser. They will not follow you to a different browser or phone, and clearing browser data can erase them.
There is no score or deadline. For health, financial, or other professional concerns, seek qualified help rather than relying on a workbook exercise.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to go in order?
No. The table of contents opens any chapter, and each chapter has three moments. Choose what matters to you now.
Do I need to finish a chapter in one sitting?
No. Your writing saves as you type in this browser. You can return later for the check-in, although the current step may open at the beginning again.
Can I skip writing or change an answer?
Yes. You can move through the practice without entering text. Reopen a moment to revise an earlier reflection or check-in.
Where are my answers saved?
In this browser's local storage on this device. There is no account or cloud sync. Private browsing, switching browsers or devices, or clearing site data may remove them.
Is this a test or diagnosis?
No. The patterns are prompts for personal reflection. There are no scores, and a chapter title is not a label for you.
Does this workbook cost anything?
No. This companion to the free 13 Patterns guide is free to use. Its exercises do not call an AI service or charge an API fee.
